For any questions you may have about our group you’re welcome to reach out via social media or by emailing us at sthildasentertainers@gmail.com. Here are a few answers that may help in the meantime.

What age is your performance aimed at?
Our family pantomime’s are generally suitable for all ages, with scripts carefully chosen to ensure there are no adult themes or offensive jokes. That said, we sometimes make use of sound and lighting effects that could upset the youngest of family members, and we find that babes in arms cause their party enough distraction that they rarely stay for the whole show. We’re pleased to be inclusive and won’t turn anyone away (you know your children better than we do!) but if asked, we recommend waiting until children are 3 years of age before bringing them to our shows.
For our May productions, these regularly involve slightly more adult themes and humour. We’d never choose a script with excessive bad language, but there will occasionally be a swear word or two. If we feel there is content likely to offend, we make it clear that the show is unsuitable for younger children.

How do you accommodate additional needs?
It’s an important part of who we are as a group to be inclusive to everyone, and we’ve worked to ensure we’re able to welcome anyone with any additional needs. The hall has step-free access, an accessible toilet and two disabled parking spaces that are available on first come-first serve basis. In addition, during performances our front of house team at the back of the hall are willing to assist in any way they can.
If you have a wheelchair and require to remain in it throughout the performance, we can remove two aisle seats for your access and comfort. If, for instance, you were allocated seat K1, we’d remove that seat and L1 behind to ensure you have plenty of space. To book, you can either call Ticketsource direct on 0333 666 3366, or book online ensuring you book an aisle seat. In this case, we’d kindly ask that you email us at sthildasentertainers@gmail.com to inform us so that we can block out the necessary seat(s).
